Who can benefit from this program? This program is for all those that are coping and managing high levels of stress, either in their life circumstances or work. Mindfulness training can also benefit those caring for the dying and bereaved. Some form of Mindfulness practice is vital to Radical Self Care. Incorporating some aspect of daily MIndfulness practice has been proven to increase attention and reduce stress overload.
Join us in learning HOW to be Mindful in every moment. The program will provide you with simple skills and tools for a daily Mindfulness practice. During this 8 week Mindfulness training program you will learn the impact of negative stress and have an opportunity to reconnect to your own passion for life and learn how to live in balance.
Mindfulness training programs can be added to any PTSD and/or Risk Management program. Benefits of Mindfullness training:

Mindfulness training program will start May 3rd, 2018. Training will be held on Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 pm in Madoc, Ontario. Space is limited to 20 participants. Cost is $ 120 for full program.
